1. When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days of you placing your order.

 

2. What are the delivery rates?

All domestic shipping costs will be automatically calculated and added at checkout.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a return policy on faulty items only. We do not offer returns for change of mind.

To be eligible for a faulty item return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

7. Do you ship to a PO Box?

Unfortunately we do not ship to a PO Box, please ensure you have a residential mailing address.

 

8. Are Miracles by Mirela items true to size?

9. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this stage we do not ship internationally but we may do so in the future.
